About Me

Re Med web-5131

My interest in Naturopathy began at an early age, when I saw a Naturopath for digestive issues. As a child I took natural medicines prescribed by a Naturopath, which improved my health immensely. These early experiences led me to pursue a career in Naturopathy. I graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2010, with a double degree including a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine).

I have also been involved in the natural health industry, and have been an in-house naturopathic consultant for a major supplier to the natural health industry.

I am an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

During my studies, I strongly identified with the symptoms of Coeliac disease, see my blog article on my story of being diagnosed.

I have knowledge and experience in following a gluten-free diet which I draw upon to inspire my clients to make healthy and tasty gluten-free meals. I share recipes, shopping tips and advice on reading food labels with clients. I understand how difficult it can be when first diagnosed with Coeliac disease or gluten intolerance and I guide you every step of the way to ensure you successfully improve your health.

I have an interest in children’s health and assisting women who are suffering from stress, such as stress from being a busy Mum. I  provide advice and support to help effectively manage stress and address the resulting health issues. I completely understand the pressure busy parents are under as I have twins myself, I understand the challenges that parents and families face and I give gentle and individualised advice on all areas of babies and children’s health. My own experiences with my children has given me first hand knowledge but also empathy for what you and your family are experiencing.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals, I do this by understanding my clients individual needs and base treatments on current research coupled with traditional Naturopathic knowledge to provide holistic healthcare.
